Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting any licence or right of use of any trade mark displayed on the Site.


Permitted uses of the Site and content on the Site

  • use the Site or any content on the Site in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or in any manner which violates any of our rights or which is prohibited by these terms;

In the event of any breach by you of the above prohibitions on use of the Site, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. We may report any of the above activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.


Availability of the Site and content
We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available and/or uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw the availability of all or any part of the Site at our discretion for business and operational reasons.


Price information provided on the Site is generally delayed by at least 20 minutes. Other information presented on the Site may be delayed by more than 20 minutes.


To the extent permitted by law, Safire Records expressly disclaims any responsibility or legal liability to anyone whatsoever for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage caused by or in connection with your use of the Site and any information or content on the Site, or caused by or in connection with your inability to access the Site at any time or to access any information or content on the Site at any time.


Market Announcements
Announcements submitted by listed entities to Safire Records and made available on or through the Site (“Market Announcements”) are the sole responsibility and intellectual property of the person or entity that has submitted the announcement for publication.


Safire Records has no control over the content of Market Announcements. To the extent permitted by law, Safire Records expressly disclaims any responsibility or legal liability to anyone whatsoever for failing to detect or prevent the release of an announcement that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, defamatory or otherwise defective.

In addition, Market Announcements and related content may contain embedded hyperlinks to external websites operated by third parties.


These websites are not under the control of Safire Records, and Safire Records makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality or accuracy of the content on any third party website. Your access and use of a third party website is entirely at your own risk.

Safire Records does not represent or warrant that Market Announcements or Market Announcement headlines will be made available on the Site promptly after their release by Safire Records' Market Announcements Office or at all.


Market Announcements that have not been made available on the Site may be made available through external providers.


Market Announcements are freely available for investors’ private and personal use only, and cannot be used for any commercial purpose without the express written authority of Safire Records.


A commercial purpose is any use other than accessing and using the content for your own personal and private decision making.

Guests and registered users
In addition to general browsing of the Site, you may also access certain areas of the Site as a guest or registered user. We only permit one registration per email address.


You must keep your password secure and confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your password, you must promptly notify us at www.safirerecords.com/contact.

We have the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with these terms of use or any other agreement between us.

If you submit feedback or suggestions about our products or services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.


Safire Records operating rules
The information on the Site is not a substitute for any relevant Safire Records operating rules, and in the event of any inconsistency between the Site and the operating rules, the operating rules prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

The Site contains links to third party websites and other resources provided by third parties. Any such linked sites and resources are not under the control of Safire Records, and to the extent permitted by law, Safire Records expressly disclaims any responsibility or legal liability to anyone whatsoever for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage caused by or in connection with your access to any linked site or resource, the content of any linked site or resource accessed through the Site, or any subsequent hyperlink contained in that site.

We use reasonable endeavours to protect the Site from malicious software, however Safire Records does not provide any warranty or representation that the Site, or any third party websites or resources that may be accessed through links on the Site, are free from malicious software.


To the extent permitted by law, Safire Records expressly disclaims any responsibility or legal liability to any person for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage resulting from the transmission of any malicious software through use of the Site.


Limitation of liability for breach of implied warranty or condition
In the case of goods or services supplied or offered by Safire Records, liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded at law is limited at our option to either the supply of the goods (or equivalent goods) or services again or the payment of the cost of having the goods (or equivalent goods) or services supplied again.


Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Safire Records harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees arising out of or in connection with a breach by you of these terms, or arising in connection with your use of the Site, including without limitation the use or reliance by you upon any information provided or omitted from the Site.


Governing Law
These terms are governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union. You and we agree that disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese and European Courts.
